News for the summer season adaptation of Akira Hiramoto's Kangoku Gakuen/Prison School has been flowing in at a steadier pace lately, and now we know when the series is set to kick off. The racy comedy/thriller—which follows a group of boys admitted to a high school with a 200:1 female to male ratio, ruled by the strict regime of the student council—premieres on Tokyo MX in Japan on July 10 at 25:05.
Other airings of Prison School are scheduled to hit KBS Kyoto and TV Aichi on July 12, followed by Sun TV, BS11, and AT-X on July 13. Japanese streaming services—including Niconico, Bandai Channel, Google Play, PlayStation, and more—get the show on July 12.
The manga is licensed for North American release by Yen Pess.
